In this stock market podcast video, you are seeing Rashid Khan from Tripura, who is a full time trader and is soon going to launch his dream project using his stock market profits.
He's a son of a farmer and comes from a middle class family and is the only child among his siblings who was good in studying. Therefore, the hopes of his family for him were also high.
He used to live in an environment where Investing and becoming rich overnight was in the air so he invested in Tata motors share in 2009 and earned 3 times returns. That's where his investment journey started.
Then in the year 2014-15, when he went to Calcutta for higher studies, Rose Valley was popular. And unfortunately his family invested all their savings and became a victim of the Rose valley scam.
After which they had to face hard times due to lack of money. So he decided to work and that's when his trader friend introduced him to stock market trading.
Although he was a science student, he was into fashion designing and launched his own brand and kept trading alongside, but was at breakeven. As his story goes, he collected ₹30 Lacs from his friends and family to invest in business, but ended up putting the money in the stock market and eventually lost ₹27 lacs in options trading.
Then he was helpless and had no idea about what to do next? But he was confident and had ₹3 lacs. Then the father of the friend who told him about trading was an expert trader so he taught him few things. That is when he realized that the most important thing in is price, and understanding the price behavior.
From that time to 2020, he learned to be patient and always looked at the price. then his hardwork and patience paid off when he earned so much profits in 2020 which would be enough for a lifetime.
Afterwards, he started teaching people and spreading awareness in Tripura to help them in protecting their money from scam and stock market losses.
During his initial years he faces so many struggles as his friends and relatives.
faced so many struggles. society pressure, relatives, 7000 students. strategy is to buy when the stock is trading below its average. never advertises his profits. charging fees for his time not skills, provides free call.
