Even though it's been three years since Peep left here, it still hurts like in 2017, I miss it, his music helped me and I think it helped many people to fight with their depression, he was a role model and is one of the figures in the misical industry that no one could match Rest in peace.
I met him, Ghostemane, Fat Nick, and Don Krez on a rooftop in south LA in summer 2017. The underground was on a rocket up at the time 🚀💕🔥 Fat Nick had a free secret show and Lil Tracy performed with Peep for his set. Sadly peep died months later touring for Come Over When You’re Sober (the work that got me into him. It blew my mind how established their fan base was already). Just a few weeks before that show, I saw xxxtentacion play his debut concert in LA with Ski, and damn near all of Broward, fully sold out. The energy of that night was insane. Someone jumped off the balcony and the floor was shaking from the crowd. I had just turned 20 and was a metal head my whole teens, but my little brother had his ear straight to the underground since 2014 and put me on to the scene by buying us tickets non stop to all the shows we could go to. We’ve seen all of our favorite artists at least 3 times. $B, Ghoste, Pouya, Ramirez. It was a golden era. It’s been an honor to watch them all explode and reach new heights. Even peep. 🖤

My past addictions with drugs and the brief moment of homelessness, the men and woman I’ve hurt, the parties, and all the chaotic mess that was my life at 17-18. Just a few weeks before that show, I saw xxxtentacion play his debut concert in LA with Ski, and damn near all of Broward, fully sold out. The energy of that night was insane. Someone jumped off the balcony and the floor was shaking from the crowd. I had just turned 20 and was a metal head my whole teens, but my little brother had his ear straight to the underground since 2014 and put me on to the scene by buying us tickets non stop to all the shows we could go to. We’ve seen all of our favorite artists at least 3 times. $B, Ghoste, Pouya, Ramirez. It was a golden era. It’s been an honor to watch them all explode and reach new heights. Even peep. 🖤
I went to his concert 2 weeks before he passed away ❤️ best experience of my life, very thankful and blessed to have been able to see him

This song and the whole EP gave me chills. It brought back memories from a time in my life where I was still a kid transitioning into an adult. My past addictions with drugs and the brief moment of homelessness, the men and woman I’ve hurt, the parties, and all the chaotic mess that was my life at 17-18. Peeps music was what defines me, it’s what brings me home , to that girl who absolutely had no where to be.
