Okay, to be fair to them on that last D.Va bomb, the sound cue of her ult didn't play because she got stunned. Players with more awareness would have noticed the GIANT GLOWING RED EXCLAMATION MARK ON THEIR SCREEN but they didn't *hear* her ult line, that's the only reason I can come up with why 5 players didn't react to it

@@Sam_YT_Handles_Blow I guess Flats had heart "nerf" with his headset. Thats why he said "dude no plz not again" at 12:23. While I was wondering what's again, the bomb immediately got 4k. Then I tried several times and still could not hear anything around 12:22, but I saw the red triangle !.
At 14:21 I could hear "nerf" when Flats said "how" at the same time. I guess it was very clear with the headset, so he just assumed us all hear that by default.
Wait, I'd the sig stunned the dva how did the bomb still fly, boosters should've stopped right?

Yeah that moment when every DVa ult in bronze is 4k but in your quickplay you have to sweat like hell to get 1 kill for the entire match.

Yeah, honestly can't really blame the Rein for once imo. The Sigma and Bap should've caught it and called it out or shield/lamped it tho.
There's a clear and loud enough sound effect going on during the entire 4 seconds the bomb is about to go off. You don't need to hear the "nerf this" to hear it. You also have the warning triangle.

I think my favorite part about the last bomb was that every person that died to it, has a direct counter on CD they could of used to not die. But instead did not do so for the vod. Respect.

13:20 I think it was just their nameplate appearing before their corpse teleported back to the spawn room. Go back to 13:00ish and you’ll see Moira get laid out by Rein. That’s her body that was laying there.

Yeah they were running away from it. Most Sigma players know if you don't recall your shield in time you won't be able to get out fast enough to block so its just ggs. Bap already used lamp as well. Sometimes I just think y'all look to roast and don't even realize basic shit. The literally couldn't do anything but run away. Rein got tunnel vision and didn't see the bomb or hear because the ultimate line was cut. So like yeah shit happens
@@sleepyheartss Not to mention the sound queues are your biggest indicators for evrything in the game. Sure the exclamation mark is a clear indicator, but in the heat of battle sometimes you miss it. That's where sound queues are helpful. Ow 2 has sound queues for teammates dying, that should help some with people 2v6ing thinking their entire team is behind them.

I’ve noticed one of the toughest things for low level Reins to learn is that once you walk past an enemy shield you aren’t going to get healed anymore. Even in Diamond and masters I’ll still call out as Ana if I can’t heal my tanks due to shields.
I feel like Blizzard could have made things easier in terms of that. Climbing in lower tank was hell because so often I'd have tank screaming they're not being healed while they were in a Winton bubble or walking past an Orisa shield which I'm desperately trying to break.
Every single person killed in the last Dva bomb 4k could have saved themselves with abilities, 3/4 could have saved their teammates as well. Incredible.

15:30 is the most *ABSOLUTE PAIN* I have ever seen in Flats' eyes.
Cursed final fight. D.va's voiceline didn't play thanks to rock stun and the ult warning showed up on the right side of the screen when it launched from behind-left.
Low level Mercy players must have a pact to instantly go for the rez, regardless of danger or if anyone needs heals at that moment.
Its the lack of danger in bronze. Like even if you fly into enemies most of the time they can't actually hit their shots or will hold shield like our rein here. Its actually suicidal for sure to go for these rezes but these mercy know first hand how long things take to die in bronze from all their time damage boosting...its relatively safe
@@JBayerBB6 Can confirm. Mercy rez is free real estate everywhere in bronze. Especially in front of the enemy hitscan.
Indeed. I've been UPSET that a Mercy ahs come to rez me. Because at least 4/5 times she dies for it.
it's like me and my friend in qp on console a few years ago. I go mercy, he goes mccree, I just pocket him while we do the dumbest flanks in history and we just kill all of them and don't die. I think we one point we had 6 ults thrown at us with 10-20 seconds and just LIVED (well I lived... and ressed him). Watching bronze feels like that or worse (that was only one game, definitely the main time we actually went wtf. Though my friend thought I was insane when I ressed him with a blading genji on top of me. I ran and when he had one swing left flew to my friend and ressed. He only got one slash then had to put the blade away which was enough time to res. my friend was yelling and was scared for my fucking life when I did that)
As a bronze support, can confirm. Rezzes are free. I almost don't want to climb out of this hole.

@@Tatsu4242 Dva doesn’t need a nerf or buff, she’s perfectly fine. In bronze it’s really easy to get a 5K bomb because the enemy team isn’t aware of their surroundings. Instead they just freeze.

To be fair, the sound cue of that last bomb was really low. I watched multiple times, and I barely can hear anything at all. And we have tunel vision. That warn signal may as well don't exist to us.
As low silver/bronze player that bomb came as surprise to me too first time watching.

2) When Flats recaps at 12:57, the clip plays from 45 - 35s IGT _(when bomb goes off)._ That's a ten-second clip. Reaper's Wraith CD is *eight* seconds.
3) Congratulations; you read what I wrote and regurgitated it back to me in regards to Sigma.
And 4) if *_you_* watch the replay, you'd see Rein had a full shield; he could've easily seen the ⚠ warning, 180'd, and hit Mouse2.

@@ZeroGForce so you didn’t realise that both Reaper and Rein were in front of the bomb and it didn’t appear in their line of view plus they didn’t hear the voiceline. I’ve seen T500 players die to simply shit for not hearing a voiceline and you’re expecting bronze players to react to the tiny sound of the bomb detonating without a voiceline when they are actively shooting at an enemy? That was the most silent bomb in the history of Dva bombs and 3 of the people that died to it couldn’t see it. Sigma was the only one that could see the bomb and he was trying to run away from it.
I mean sure there are other catalysts to signify an ult going off but do not deny that voicelines or SOUND is the fastest human reactors we have. If that is crippled it’s very easy to not notice something when you’re DOING SOMETHING ELSE.
It’s almost like you don’t have a brain.
I want to like fluffy so bad like, their mechanical skills with the pin and the firestrike were pretty damn good for a bronze, their swinging needs some work but MAN THE AWARENESS. They literally just walked into point holding the shield sideways to a nanovisor soldier on the flank, who they repeatedly looked at and still decided to pay no mind.

At about 14:21 there is definitely something in the far left. Volume levels lead me to believe it was likely the very beginning of D.va's ult callout, as only ults are that loud usually, and the tone is definitely D.va's, however its hard to tell exactly what it was as it sounded very much like it was just half a shriek. The rock explodes at different points on each replay, so its not entirely clear whether it actually hit her or not. The replay feature is known for being buggy, so it doesn't surprise me.
As for about 13:30 (a little before), thats also just buggy replay - as the player has respawned its rendered the name plates before relocating the model.

Okay to be fair, when you are in bronze, you are there because your positioning and map knowledge is crap (speaking from personal experience here). When I was in bronze I felt like tire and DVa bomb are super OP, because it felt like there is just no way to escape it at all (I was playing a lot of Zen at that time, too. Moira wasn't released yet).

I would say that the name of this rein is very fitting.
He does play a bit passive. But I have seen worse. I’m only in silver and I just see people shield up and stand still and wait for do to kill before walking forward. I just need to stop playing qp and I’ll shoot up. When I do play tank and play rein and I have healers that can keep up the heals I tend to walk right over the other rein as they just stand and shield up and I have taken 2 -3 swings before they start swinging I even tell people to watch you for tank, emongg for off tank and ml7 for support. Love seeing front line Ana’s.
A bomb casting time is 3 secs total.
In the last fight, Sig retrieving the barrier and positioning it again was possible. Not to mention the no cooldown on Rein's shield... 3 people died because of bad game sense and reading by the tanks.....
