    I REALLY dig this ball. I didn't want to at first (just because I saw how popular it was already becoming) - but my GAWD. It's super soft, has a great feel coming off my fingers.

      Okay I wasn't the only one feeling that same apprehension I see LOL. I couldn't agree more, it has an amazing feel, real nice off the shot, just takes some time adjusting to the bounce and dribble.

    Great video. I watched your review and bought this basketball couple months ago. I like it. Its a nice ball. Joy to play. But there are two moments I would like to address, so other hoopers may find important: 1) initial in-store tackiness' of the ball goes away after like two days of playing. Then you are left with ball-specific moisture control system. Dry ball dry hands you do not have any tackiness - you cannt hold the ball with your palm. You could do that in store when purchased but the dream is now gone. When you warmup start playing, moisture increases , ball becomes grippy even tacky (like 70-80perecent of brand new in store tackiness still would want more, just to get that extra for more controlled easier one handed dunk), on a intense matchup, when moisture level goes even higher, ball tackiness reduces to mostly gone still maintaining nice touch and feel , maintains grip (grip is not tackiness) 2) the other issue i have with the ball is that it does not hold air . I have too re-check and re-pump it before playing. Not sure by now if it is because of valve or other issue.

      Comments like these are why I make videos. I sometimes think that all the nerdy details I share mean nothing, then I read a comment like this one and realize there are a lot of basketball nerds out there like me. I love your first point, and I agree 1000%. I have heard issues about the valve from other people, I personally haven't had that issue but it could be because I don't use it as often.

    After using it for some time I must say it's a great ball all around but the quality is really poor. It's already started to peal on the seams all around the ball and you can feel that on the palm of the hand. I bought two of them on discount in Nike shop for about 70 euros and that's way to much for something that lasts for maybe a few months of playing. I have Molten ball that aged so well, after 20 years it's like this one but after few months of usage. If it was premium quality this would be my number 2 ball for all courts but this way it's a waste of money.

    • @Love2Hoop
      @Love2Hoop  2 месяца назад

      If you're using this on all courts, I would expect it to not last that long. This basketball is meant for mainly indoor courts, any outdoor play is going to rip the surface of it to shreds QUICK. Even with an indoor Molten you use it outdoors a few times it breaks it in, the Nike Elite Championship is not built like that.

      Better or worse depends on the person honestly. Everyone has things they like/dislike about each so idk which is better. What I can say is if I had to rank them for my personal preference I'd go 1. Solution 2. Nike 3. Evolution but to be honest the Evolution is probably the easiest to use right away of the 3 choices.

    What’s the difference between the champion and Allcourt?

    • @Love2Hoop
      @Love2Hoop  5 месяцев назад

      The biggest difference is the surface of the basketball. The all-court is meant for outdoor use so the surface is tougher to deal with outdoor surfaces. The championship is meant for indoor so the surface is smoother and softer.

    • @Love2Hoop

      Ooow tough question: I would say that IT IS better than the tournament, 100%. Better than an Evolution... depends on how much you like the Evolution. I personally like it more than the evolution, but part of that is my play style so it's really personal preference.

      GREAT QUESTION! I'm working on a Wilson NCAA EVO review, and Chris I was shocked at home similar it plays to the older Solution. Now granted, nothing beats the color of the solution, but this basketball has a lot of similarities to a FULLY WORN IN Solution. Hopefully I'll get that review out this week so you can check it out, but I plan on doing a comparison video between that and the Solution.
