Brought my Nitro Stampede back to life after sitting in my basement for almost 10 years. Basement flooded once during that time so it was submerged in muddy water. Almost threw it away this past year but decided to try and bring it back. Tore the motor apart, cleaned it up and put it back together. Runs like new now.
The other day when I ran into you at Indy rc I bought some of the VP racing fuel in 20% and I got to reading on the can and it said no after run needed, I just can’t bring myself to let it engine sit up without flooding her down with some WD-40 or after run oil what are your thoughts?
@@THEMOWERMEDIC1 I would NOT use WD40 as an after run oil. Keep the WD40 away from any Orings or bearing seals. The WD40 will make the Orings and bearing seals swell and the degrade till they rip or tear. Bad Idea. I use MarvelMysteryOil have been for 20 years
So cool! I want a nitro revo so bad. Been watching Sam Hallstrom break in and run his out of the box pretty good deal for everything it comes with. Great vid Mark Please run it for us.
Not sure why you don't ever mention anything about after run oil🤔...it fixes all the issues of motors seizing from sitting.Ive been using it for many years never had a motor sieze even after sitting for "years".. few drops after every run or before storing in the top of the motor boom problem solved
I take my HPI Nitro RS4 MT off the shelf and fire it up once every few years. I put a few drops of Marvel Mystery Oil in the head and carb after running and it hasn't let me down yet, other than when the pull start cord broke! T&T helped me out with that though 👍
Interesting, most people don't understand the market moves and tend to be mislead in facts like this and always depend on Money in the Bank very bad idea
Exactly, money is always eager and ready to work for anyone who is ready to employ it, I was able to withdraw my profit of $17,000 after investing $3,500 on Mr Ben Harris platform some days ago
He has been able to secure a steady inflow of returns off my Bitcoin, it's just great especially with this whole pandemic situation it's just amazing to find Mr BEN and there's been no regrets ever since.
I just got a Revo 3.3 and am hoping to have breakin finished this coming weekend. These short days are terrible on a hobby that requires a good amount of light.
Do you think this methods would work on an RTR Nitro RC that has been sitting for 3 years? It used to run great all those years ago, and I also made sure to drain the fluids before putting her in storage
Bro Iv been watching you guys for a long time and I bet if you put up a couple huge jumps in the back yard and atleast 1 time a week bashed a few cars and fixed them type of thing you would get allot more viewers. Love your stuff have a good day.
Hey Mark, I have a Revo 3.3 that hasn’t run for years. I cleaned out the engine, the fuel tank. Changed the fuel lines and put in a new glow plug. Put in fresh fuel but it won’t start. It’ll turn over but won’t start. Any advice?
Nitro fuel contains oils and lubricants to protect the engine but nitro fuels will attract moisture (hydroscopic) and become 'gummy' over long periods of time. Remove the plug and put a few drops of after run oil in the opening and if the vehicle will sit for any amount of time, empty the tank. For storage longer than a month, I drain and thoroughly clean the tank and add extra after run oil in the head (turn it over a bunch of times to distribute the oil). Pulled out one of my nitro vehicles this year after sitting 5 or 6 years and started right up! 👍
You shouldn't put wd40 in there..wd40 is not a lubricant. Wd40 is a catalyst. You should put a splash of marvel mystery oil in there or something similar.
My first rc..or hobby grade rc was a nitro few years ago , it was a hpi mt 4wd and after a 3 weeks I had nothing but problems with it, all that figeting with parts not turning over,, they guy at they hobby shop saying I was messing with the carb when I wasn't and it was a roto start, they couldn't get it going..,😂 Honestly I could be a millionaire and I'd always get brushless, lipo power haha, plug and play, no nitro gunk or smell 😂
If your familiar with nitro R/C it's awesome but it is a little more time consuming, don't want to call it more work, cause I actually like the figiting but yes not as simple. Nothing wrong with Electric tho, very fun and powerful...
I don't think nitro cars or trucks will be making a come back anytime soon. Have you seen the price for Nitro fuel lately? It's freaking ridiculous needless to say.
If they have some run time on them the old nitro oil turns to glue Not really locked up like a gas engine but you have to take it all apart and clean out the goo and basically unstick it
I used to love your videos for a couple years they were so helpful and fun. With that said I get pissed every time I turn one of your videos on in the last six months. In one way or another you manage to show your monitary and youtube/rc privilege and it's sickening. 98% of your viewers don't say I hope I don't spend 600$ on a rc when I go to this store or I need two of this item. It's a slap in the face of the working person in America today. I spent a whole year building my all aluminum savage 5.9 last year and had to work overtime to buy my son his revo 3.3. We all have bills and life that holds us back so please stop doing your videos the way you are I don't need to hear that you purchased a new rc 3 times a week believe me, we would all do that if we could my guy. And I make 25/hr and can't afford that in today's America

@Randall Escobar PA
The smell of nitro in the morning, smells like victory.
I haven't started my first gen T-MAX in like 10 years. Now I'm wanting to work in it!
Nothing sounds better then a Nitro car.
Hey just got my Revo cranked after 10 years! I was surprised it even started. got bad steering servos but the motor is still strong. Great video bro!

Honestly if you have the materials then still put them in just as a safety precaution

Don’t ever mention? Lol bro this is his first nitro video in foreverrr
He also says to use wd-40 which washes all the oil away from the bearings inside the engine 😂😂
I used WD-40 then I use nitro fuel to clean it inside after 🤔 never use after run oil 😎

Investing in today is priceless because tomorrow isn't promised, trading Bitcoins, gold, silver and crypto secure a better Tomorrow.

His trading strategies are top notch.... ..
I’ve seen different recommendations about this Pro trader, he must be very exceptional for people to talk this good about him.

YESSSS NITRO TIME. Love my nitro revo. Mark you should get a OS .21TM for one. You will love it.
Nitro and gas ⛽ all the way only
Nice to see a nitro on your channel
Where a good place to get upgrades for the revo 3.3
You need to go savage xl 5.9! Now that's a nitro
Nice to see the nitro revo fire up so easily can’t wait to see it on the road👏👍

It’s nice to see nitro making a comeback.
Nice work mark, more nitro vids please 👊🏽

Make sure it’s not getting too much fuel when starting or too little try messing with air to fuel ratio and make sure it has compression
Excellent video, keep the nitro content coming, please! 👍
Niiiice, but why the wheels were wobbling and the front was shaking?
Yesss! Nothing like a good old TRX3.3 baby! I got a Slayer Pro! It was my first Real RC and will always have a place in my heart.
I miss the smell if nitro blasting thru the neighborhood!
nitro !!! the best of best
MARK You must have read my mind. Thanks for doing a video like this. Helpful l can get mine going, ,got to get glow plug, and fuel. Video to come
Yesss nitro gang 👍🏽👊🏽
Revo 3.3 is a good machine. I have recently buyed a new revo and love it. So Much fun with nitro. Like your RUclips channel.
Hi Mark. Can you advise which glow plugs can be used in trx 3.3 engine as a replacement. From India.
O.S. LC3 is the best
I love your nitro content most of all. Thank you.😊
Nitrogang is here!!!
I'm a fan thanks for the info
That’s a beautiful sound
So cool never had nintro
3in1 oil would be better than WD40. WD40 is a penetrant not a lubricant. Awsome video though. I love my nitro cars.
Which starter box and glow plug igniter do you recommend? Going to try to resurrect my wife's Jato.
Nitro… you love or you don’t…. Lets say i like my peace and quiet 🤷🏻♂️
Right on. Were are you at I need someplace to run my 1/8 buggy. LOL
@@daveshank1921 I live on the northpol come over there’s enough space😏
An excellent instructional video.
Definitely don’t use wd-40 to free up an engine that you plan to start right after. Washes the oil from the engine bearings.
Great video
hey bought a udr can you give me some tips on it my first rc in over 30 years
Hey mate. Awesome new video 👍. BLB ADVENTURES stopping by to support our fellow RUclipsrs with a quality view
You need to get the yellow revo running

How about after run oil works great
Didn’t know you’ve got a revo.😜
We call that the “Old start, Cold start”
Nitro for the win!!!
Hay would you be interested in revo roller with a bunch of upgrades
Love the nitro content. Keep it coming
YES!! NITRO LOVE
Yesss long live nitros!!
Awesome !!! Love the Revo !!!!!
Nice to see some nitro content!
Had one it’s a Rubbish truck. Get a Schumacher havoc!
All this is why I only run electric RCs.
That's why I use a old plug for that. To get all the extra WD40 or after run oil out. Then put new plug in.
Well he has more glow plugs than cars so he's probably not worried about a plug... 😂
I would use the old plug on the first couple of starts mark any WD40 left in the tank. Would destroy the new plug
I Wouldn't use WD-40 in the engine to clean it out just use new fuel to clean it out.
Sounds good
Enjoy the week
Nobody balances their wheels and tires?
Looks cool

Mark wanna buy a traxxas tmaxx
Gotta love nitro
Nice car

It’s pretty cheap 😂😂 3 gallons is $100 through bones brew
Woooooo hooooooo nitro is back!!!
Use a tekno inner filter mark it should be the same size
Yes!!!
I've actually never seen a seized nitro engine. Blown one sure, but I've had them 30 years.
