I had an S-Class Mercedes years ago and it was built like a tank and I never had any problems with it. The new ones aren't "The Best or Nothing", they're just the "Nothing" part. Very unreliable and built much cheaper than the older ones. I don't buy luxury cars anymore...they're just not worth it. I have a mainstream crossover with features they could only dream of years ago.
None Russian cars and also you forgot Skoda which is very popular car in Europe. It is like Toyota but in Europe.

People confuse premium brands (Mercedes, BMW, Cadillac, Acura, Audi, Jaguar, Infiniti, Lincoln, Lexus...) with true luxury brands (Rolls Royce, Maserati, Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin...) ...brands that are actually just elegant are often labeled as luxury cars
Wrong brands like Buick and Acura even Tesla are premium, Merecedes, Audi etc.. are luxury, Rolls-Royce, Bentley etc are classified as ultra luxury
