    I like the fact that you're giving it a chance. I wonder if the battery isn't hurt. Not by you. But from the factory. I've seen some full-length videos of guys doing 50-minute motos and coming across the finish line with 1%. He made it. But he's limping the bike across the finish line. I'd love to see a video of you taking it from 100%. To 10%. In 15 minutes. That seemed a little unrealistic, but what do I know? I'm just glad you're giving the bike a chance. I really like it when the riders just want to knock the bike, but they can't. No matter what, it's the sexiest bike ever. Thanks for your time. Keep up the videos. I love this type of content.

    I have suspicion that ease of claiming is partially due to heavy traction control on Stark. Even in moto riding people say that they feel aggressive traction control. Meanwhile ICE bikes have very rudimentary traction control. It is easy to implement, but historically somehow no interest to do it (often it is banned in sport).

    • @Ozfreerider2504
      @Ozfreerider2504 2 месяца назад +1

      There’s ZERO traction control on varg . I can tell you because I rode sand motocross on mine and when it spun up in loose sand than back wheel went to Mach 10 in a second ! They have such good traction because on lower power settings with low throttle inputs the control is crazy ! Like nothing you’ve felt before. Bit of you grab a big handful the rear wheel will light up like crazy . Traction control is one of the future features that’s coming but it’s not here yet

      I'm not sure about the Stark, but I do know that electric motors can be controlled in ways that will allow them to coast or brake. The techniques are very common with machinery and equipment used in industrial applications.
      With that said, an electric motorcycle could certainly be designed with a motor braking function. The felt effect would basically be same as engine braking, but it is achieved in a much different way. With an internal combustion engine, the engine braking isn't necessarily engineered into it. Engine braking could be thought of as a side effect. Whereas with an electric motor, braking is done by changing the way electricity is applied to the motor. It can also be done by a mechanical means, but that would be similar to the wheel brakes.
      The term "stall" is also worth mentioning. The term is used with both combustion engines and electric motors. The main difference would be that an electric motor can be controlled so that the wheel brakes could be applied at any intensity, without the use of a clutch, neutral, or torque converter, ect.

  • @easternyellowjacket276
    @easternyellowjacket276 2 месяца назад +1

    You don't need a clutch. You just think you do because it's institutionalized into your brain from riding ICE bikes with a transmission. As you are finding out, learning the different style of riding takes some time and experience. There are two real downsides to this bike. No, check that. Three. 1. Range. 2. Cost. 3. Weight. Other than that, it is superior in every single way to a traditional dirt bike. After riding, hose it off, plug it in. Before the next ride, check the chain tension and tire pressure. Rinse and repeat. 6:02 you scared the snit out of those folks! This is another huge advantage of these things. You can ride and no one can hear you. Well, it's an advantage if you live in the east, anyway. You literally can ride this almost anywhere.

      Definitely want a mechanical clutch for safety at a minimum. Let alone all the other benefits. You whisky that thing and spin up that motor and bind that chassis up there is no way to unwind it like you could by pulling in a clutch, you're just on a ride. So yes, you do need a clutch
