Chocolate Gingerbread House!

- This is my first attempt at a Gingerbread House (i've cheated by using chocolate) it was the best way for me to wish you all a Merry Christmas! Aside from the lightbulb everthing is edible. The house is made out of 100% dark chocolate, the windows are made out of sugar, the snow is royal icing, and all the colored accents are handmade gummies and candycane!

I'm convinced that there's nothing he can't create out of chocolate. This man is incredible at his profession. I don't want to even look for another chocolateer like him because I'm completely taken aback by Aumerys creations. His attention to detail is his superpower I think. I haven't owned a Tel-LIE-vision for Decades so I never heard of any other chocolatiers. I don't follow the "worldly" PROGRAMMING so I limit what put in front of my eyes and why would I look to another one when I've been shown the Very Best 😊

I was already smiling from ear to ear, then came the last shot with the lights closed so we could better see the lights in the windows and my jaw just dropped. This is pure Christmas magic and is so wonderful!

This man is so kind for taking his time and putting so much effort into this chocolate gingerbread house, and the result was amazing!

Also, for the viewers, think of how much sheer knowledge he needs! He attaches chocolate like a potter connects clay (hashes it then wets it so it sticks properly), he had to make each piece to such exact measurements so it fit together perfectly like a builder. He made glass!! Out of sugar but still. Soooo much goes into each design, I'm swept away by how talented he is! It's one skill built upon dozens

Could you imagine having to go up against his kid for any project that would require an artistic touch? Or worse, something in home economics or a class where food needs to be brought in for presentation?
Just phenomenal craftsmanship. Not to mention the planning and actual designing of the house. I would love to see how these pieces are moved to their events.
