If you have electricity, you likely already have an electric heater.... more likely than a soldering iron or nichrome wire. Given enough supplies and tools, you can indeed build anything, but still need electricity for most of them.

I'm just assuming that everybody who keeps making the house fire jokes have a clearly fundamental misunderstanding of what DIY products are used for they're used for emergencies or for fun either way they're not name brand heaters so yeah it would be pretty stupid to leave it unattended but if you're dumb enough to leave a makeshift heater unattended do we really need you in this world anyways somebody tries to part knowledge and wisdom 4 people that don't always have everything aside from using a soldering iron because if you can afford one of those you're not making a homemade heater for any actual use it's always helpful to see how the useless things lying around can turn into something life-saving or for you house fire dummies something very life-threatening because we usually light our fireplace in our house and then leave and just hope everything works out okay and no Coal's pop out and set the house on fire oh wait nevermind you're supposed to attend the burning object real similar to a coffee pot or an oven or stove in the same way that you have to pay attention and turn it on and off accordingly and you can touch the can while it is plugged in that's why there's a ground wire do you not understand anything about simple Electronics how do phones have metal in them or how can you touch the side of an electric stove while it's on also if he's using a tin can good luck sending electricity through that with anyting you'll have an even harder time with aluminum being as they are not very conductive as they are insulating much like ceramic around Copper wiring you can still touch the ceramic and not get shocked tin and aluminum work the same way I hate to go on butt sometimes people's stupidity and instinctive hatred reaches serious levels of useless not only did you waste your time saying such a dumb thing but I also used up my time I can't say it's a waste because maybe just one person will have learned to humble themselves upon their ignorance or I will learn that in my attempt to Enlighten people my arrogance became my own ignorance so either someone will have learned something from me or I will have learned something for myself so my time was not wasted Plus in the world we live in 99% of people will just glanced pass this message speed read or have read it and instinctively liked or disliked it I could care less if somebody shares it because believe me if you understand me and think what I say will help any of your friends you're wrong otherwise the things you say would have already helped them most people will not put on the glasses and they would rather start eating that trash can as we sleep they live LOL I have to throw some silliness and random quotes into this otherwise I just sound like a whiny bitch and the last thing I want to be is another Ashley from Resident Evil 4
