I am excited to watch this even though it is in another media than what I am working on. I have been working on making a light weight face mask, using papier mâché to keep it thin and light weight. Tried pure papier mâché, but it has a hard time keeping it's form fit, so I tried using a plastic eye mask as a base, but it ended up way too thick. Now I am on attempt 3, having found a papier mâché face mask at the dollar store which seems like it will be a good base. It seems to be something like a cardboard paper towel. Watching your art style really insipires me and leaves me feeling more determined in being able to accomplish and overcome obstacles!
I like the little detail you wove in there. Good stuff. What's funny is the original prop master probably just found a neat looking thing and glued it on there!

great build! that looks like a fun one to try, i recently got done making my own mask from skyrim and i used your Wuuthrad axe as a reference for the size, i laid both items on the floor in game (as that is a neutral size since, no npc or player is holding them) and got then as close and lined up as possible so if your axe is the correct size then so is my mask and all seems to be perfect!, i just got to paint it now, i cant wait!

So great. Surprised you didn't go for doing the real patina again like you did with the gun stand. I just got my paints in. Haven't had a chance to play with them yet.
I spent the whole video wondering if you would try to recreate the shimmer effect 😂 It looks so awesome!! One of my all time favorite movies. Ssssssmokin'!
