@@edb484 i finally starting tracking calories, protein count and relied heavy on strength training with cardio. DO NOT neglect strength training and only do cardio. Find out what your " maintenance calories " are and subtract 200-400 and thats how many calories you should take in every day
@@edb484 do alot of cardio bro if thats your main goal, do like 30-45mins daily and in one month alone youll lose a good 10-15lbs
