Why didn't Dot continue to cash in on the remaining letters if she knew what the answer was? She could have have won several more consonants in the final round.
To be fair, Dot had a pretty high score but hadn't secured her money by solving the puzzle. It would've only taken one bad spin to ruin her (like it did with Travis in the last round when he was so close to winning)
@@lawandorder888 Especially with it being Sonya's THIRD "near miss" trying to win the car in 24 hours!! Note them mentioning it in the Today Tonight ad too, they probably ended up giving Sonya a car out of sympathy

I was in hysterics! 🤣😅
A double whammy for Sonya
the first spin, Rob spins and lands on bankrupt, the second spin, Rob spins and lands on Lose a Turn, the third spin Rob lands on Top Dollar ($2500).
As soon as Rob said it was a sports team, not going to lie, my first guess was Manchester United! I quickly counted the letters and saw that it fit 🤣
Does anyone know when is this episode dated?
24th May 2000.
