Meaning investments, stocks, bonds, and ensuring she reaches a point where her money generates passive income. She's 19 and she's ahead of the game; and now is the time to be really smart with her money moves so that by the time she reaches 25 - 30 she can retire if she wants.

I like what you're doing young lady...a piece of advice coming from somebody that not only owns real estate but works in that field... don't turn your garage into a movie theater, you're going to want to keep that for your cars and storage...with a home that size use one of those big upstairs bedrooms and turn it into the theater...

I think you should keep your garage as a garage. It's nice to have a place to put your vehicles and storage. Maybe you can turn that empty space upstairs soon as you come up a home theater or something, but definitely keep your garage a garage. Especially with you getting ready for the baby. It'll be nice to be able to put the baby in and out the car, in the garage and take her/him right on in the house.

FYI: The garage don’t turn it into a theater because you will have to take out the garage door and installation the garage so heat can stay in and add air to the garage so make a extra bedroom into the theater!
