This is more like it. This house is the best staged house you've toured in a while. The two "must" changes before I would buy are moving the microwave to above the range and adding doors between the Michigan room & living room. Now for the changes I would make if I were building. I think I would turn the office into the guest bedroom and make the laundry its bath with the door opening into the guest room. It's hard to believe the person placing the microwave in the pantry lives in a home of this size with children. My home has the microwave as part of the range vent hood. It looks very nice, it is easy to access and high enough that smaller children can't reach it. I would want doors between the living room & Michigan room. One would need to raise their voice to converse between the two rooms but the noise from the other would prevent friendly chatting both. I would place the laundry in the basement where the water heater is. There is enough room to make an office in the other mechanical room. This is an inviting home.
Timothy, this house 🏠🏡, is a beautiful place to live!! The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are stunning!! The Exterior is completely different!! The Interior looks great!! There is plenty of artistry and space 🌌🚀, and designs that are well-rounded and well-made!! This house is very appealing and very comfortable!! Thank you for sharing this mind-blowing home 🏠🏡,!!
This home is absolutely gorgeous So many beautiful and unique features! I've never seen a two-sided fireplace before. It's good to see an almost finished basement. I would rent that out as a separate apartment. The only changes I would make are to add a tub in the master bathroom and expand the closet.
Today is my daughter s birthday in Florida and I would love starting out with a home of this typical style and design but I am definitely I have to say looking for something with significant privacy ❤🎉🎉🎉❤❤
This is a nice duplex. I love the design of everything. The only thing I'm worried about is the stairs right in front of that door. If you have small kids or a drunk uncle a gate will most definitely have to be installed there.
Cute Duplex, that double sided fireplace with the wrap around mantle is so nice. the half bath is in a good spot. MY first thought when you walked in yh🎉 front door was, hope no one comes home drunk because they'd be falling immediately down the basement steps😅.
Forget the duplex, this is a good single or married older person home plan. I'd do a Residential Elevator in the landing area and coat closet area. Easier access to the Basement for infirmed folks and their guests. Put a Guest Coat Closet in the Foyer where the stairs were. Give up a few feet of the Flex to the Laundry. I'd want that one storage area in the Laundry wider with a counter for folding. There are more changes, but that is enough to start. 😉
I wish we could find out more often what the specifics are for finishes. We’re getting ready to build our house and I always watch these videos for inspiration then I find something I like but it’s a nightmare to try and find out what they used.
very pretty indeed. but I really don't care for having to pass through the bathroom to access the closet in the master. Especially since there is no water-closet privacy. When we had our home built, we paid to have some changes made to avoid that scenario.
I really like the separation of the bedrooms. Downstairs makes a great, private living space for the other person. I hope you do more townhomes.

In Florida in her vicinity of course ❤
I love this duplex.
I love this home! I wish all the builders posted the paint colors
Beautiful house! You could probably fit another bedroom in that basement, too!

I would like a little kitchen down stairs for family to stay over and another laundry room

Wow Tim this is really nice 👍 thanks for your hard work
Love it beautiful home
Wassup Tim?! Just love the fireplace and pantry.
Beautiful home❤
Beautiful home calling it a kitchen table is what I call it too to be honest haha it makes sense since they’re mostly in….the kitchen 😂😂
Wish you would show more smaller home 2/3 bedrooms vs the million dollar homes.

I bet that would be a nice payment

Pantry and kitchen very small. No room for freezer unless you remove set up in laundry. No tub in master. It's OK, but not practical for us.
