Been thrashing my 99 for 12 years now. Best bike ive ever owned. Only thing i really changed on it were the front forks to a newer style out of an 02 cr. Helped a lot. 99 was the only year cr that was ported for more low to mid power from factory. My favorite part of owning a 99
