    The writer didn't mention these..
    All forms of feelings and all forms of thoughts.. silence everything in the navel, center parts of the body..feel the silence in the navel.. breath do not pull or raise..lower the centre.

      @@adeledull 1) The self must be aware of the existence of an empty space that covers us.
      2) The self must be aware and feel the silence and stillness of the empty space.
      3) Breathing should not be regulated
      4) do not hold your breath.
      Let the breath then it will stop by itself.
      5) how to silence feelings and thoughts.
      Lower the center. Do not pull or lift.
      If there is no more going in and out of breath, that is what is said to be mere matter..
      If there is a vibrating vibration, that is the conscience that comes out.. that is dhikr.
      .
      The three holy places in this world are in three important parts of our body.
      These three parts of the body should be cared for, felt and lived.
      .
      1) navel (Medina)
      2) heart (Mecca)
      3) pineal gland (Yuresalem) the floating rock
      .
      Don't focus on what's out there..go inside yourself..there are many big secrets that you will know.
      If you focus out there..there will be WAR forever.
      Killing in the name of god..
      Peace be upon u if u go inside yourself.
