Oh i had 2 m and s sourdough crumpets with tsp of carnation drizzle on and a banana chopped up..dinner was a cheese salad followed by a lovely strawberry cheesecake fibre 1 bar..and bag of mini cheddar crunchlets and my drinks 😁

Hi Jess, the Ryvitas looked nice - will try that lunch! I had a chicken tikka kebab for dinner followed by a Crunchie Blast ice cream - OMG - definitely worth the 220 calories & still within my daily allowance!! 😋

Pap stands for Papanicolaou. That's the name of the doctor who "created" it(or discovered it's usefulness I guess).

Mmmm, lamb shank 😋 The food in hospital last week wasn’t actually that bad and one day we had lamb fillet for lunch. It was sooo good! Lamb isn’t something I think to make that often but that’s going to change…xx

Jess, have you watched mistresses US on Disney +? I watched all the seasons when it was on before now I've just started watching it again. It's so good! Also party of five is on there too. You probably won't remember it as you're way too young! Neve Campbell is in it, that girl off mean girls and the fittie in lost. This is what made them. I again watched it all at the time but I'm watching it again now! If you're searching for things to watch then I highly recommend! 😘😘😘

i think i read that the reason its now called cervical screening and not a smear is because they only screen you for HPV now, if its postive then they do a smear.
by the way thats just for england. n.ireland is a smear. not sure about scotland or wales.
Ahh really? I didn't know that! Though personally I think a cervical screening sounds a lot better than a smear!
