You started right, one person on each end. When it gets stuck manipulate each leg diagonally from left front and right rear then right front and left rear. DON'T FORCE IT !
These people don't know what their doing not a good video to show how easy it is. I've had this one for 0ver 3 yrs best one I've owned easy to put up and take down and put away.
We bought one at Costco a few days ago too. Not the same as this one, and will NOT stay up with the canopy on. Ours has some center knob and spring to push on, but will not stay up. No help from Coleman. They just want to send generic videos that do not show you how to put it up.
nothing "instant" about that shizz... pro tip: read the instructions straight out of the box they say, "Step1 Requires a PhD in Mechanical Engineering prior to purchase."

Yes I was just gonna say that. I pulled from the brace part and damn thing folded. Lol. Have to slightly pull from the legs. Leveled
