Thus is born the Sun God, what Who's Who, during his fight with the newest Straw Hat officer Jimbei, intimated on. More importantly, Luffy will understand that this is the New World, and that the greatest of pirates are here for One Piece and even more. Blackbeard, for example, appears to have inherited Rocks D. Xebec's will, though we'll have to wait to see if this is the case. And we have to keep in mind of the young generation of the Marines as well. The major players in the New World are at their peak and ready to make moves. Doflamingo saw it all and was patiently waiting for the chessboard to reassemble the pieces. Oda is too good. He deserves a prize that's never existed.
