Brought here by a need for some sports during this COVID-19 lockdown. As a Southern Alum, I was fortunate to attend this game. When a conference championship game berth is on the line, this is how teams are supposed to compete. That final bomb by Q. Richard to Chris Davis was one for the ages. Perhaps one of the best Bayou Classic games ever, in terms of wire to wire excitement.
My favorite Bayou Classic I remember watching this at the house and the whole house was live the whole game, this is one of the best along with 1999 and 2014
I'll never forget this game. I was a Junior in high school that year in a room full of family and friends who were devout Grambling fans. Told them all to eat it and hauled ass out the house cause they was pissed 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I love my Jags always, now, and forever even if I have to stand alone. Geaux Jags!!!!
The 2003 Bayou Classic will forever be the greatest game.
