I mean if that was the case, this video would had also been taken down due to copyright, There are a lot of reasons why the creator would private the video, and that one reason is by copyright. but it doesn't help when there are situations where the original gets copyrighted but reuploads don't get striked down as well, so that might be a bummer situation IF that's the case we're looking at right now.
