It might be worth the effort to bore out the bolt holes on the frame and using threaded inserts to correct those mounting bolts. That problem may be the root cause to the excessive wear on the front cover to front mount.
That is a good thought as to the root cause of the wear, I hadn't considered that. Although some of the other front covers are also worn, so who knows. Threaded inserts are a option for fixing the crooked holes, we're still studying the situation. Thanks for the thoughts John!
