  • This exploration of expansive & contractive forces in our sensory experience is deep-yet-subtle. Great for experienced meditators who would like to go deeper.
Stephanie Nash recorded this during a May 2016 residential retreat in Southern California and wanted to share it immediately. Thus, (sorry) no video filters or titles cards - this is the raw video - but you'll have your eyes closed anyway. It's a good one. Guided by a master. Enjoy.

i was called downstairs to eat a roast dinner halfway through this meditation and for a split second my mind interpreted the potatoes as bubbles in an equilibrium of expansion and contraction ahahahahahaha

question: when shinzen refers to center, can the center just be a point in the body ? and maybe the pulling is in other parts of the body.
For example: I had these contractions of some sort in my lower back, that felt like the center, but then I'd feel the cold in my feet, could that be interpreted as the pulling/expansion ?

It's all just more expansion and contraction - birds, traffic, breathing, rustling- coming, going, expanding, contracting- pulling off center....

@@Rover08 Hah! You could see that as a bad thing or you could just see it as the basic ordering principle =)

@Shinzen Videos - dude. You have to meet Bashar (channeled by Daryl Anka) and here's a bit of the guy in new Japanese posts. Maybe Chinese.
