[Germany] Roasted Hokkaido Pumpkin

A couple of months ago, hubby and I shopped around for pie pumpkin (to bake pumpkin pie which I try to do each year) but didn't have any luck at the local grocery stores here in Germany. Instead, we bought a couple of Hokkaido pumpkins which was supposedly tasty for pies. A few days later, hubs and I went to the Pumpkin Festival in Ludwigsburg [ • [Germany] Pumpkin Fes... ], and ate Hokkaido Pumpkin slices for the very first time. OMG, they were soooo delicious! This video was my attempt in making yummy pumpkin slices instead of my usual pumpkin pie this time of year.
