I like the idea but can you hook up plumbing for a sink?
I think you should add more jerseys like your last shop with the Kobe jersey add more on the back wall or something you could also do a little led light strip above it obviously away from your working space meaning you still have good lighting love the vids and keep the momentum going !

I pay £350 a month for rent and it cost me roughly around £4000 to renovated it. 🥢
