I like the watch, the top of the bracelet looks scratched. Which steel is it? How are the tolerances on the bracelet? I don't know how I feel about the end links. I like the flexibility. But it feels kind of cheap. I think I would have liked it with a seiko quartz movement. Sounds stupid, but why go mechanical in a hommage. Why not make it a great every day watch?

took me a few minutes to figure out what this posting was all about ...had to read through the comments to get it - maybe post a smaller success in contrast... like, hmmm ...say Ginault, still controversial, still around, and actually doing fairly well for it's size from what i understand / from fakes to homage, to the SS actually gaining traction and standing on it's own - to be fair, it is a different business model, but their marketing still sucks lol (and nonexistent live customer service)
I'd certainly not call it a hommage, I'd say fairly blatant Rolex rip off. May have been decent for the money but the only way I see any microbrand standing a chance is to design something unique. I don't think anyone wants to be walking around wearing a rip off (Sorry... Hommage) of any other watch brand. If you want a fake Rolex, we all know that they're out there, and some are very convincing without looking under the hood.

Can be a great everyday watch with a good mechanical movement if done correctly.

I think that was the problem. He was making a point of saying its not homage and tried to make bit different and it ended up bit of a miss match..
