This is for sale to foreigners, the price shows that. It is the same story, locals get chatting to foreigners to upload these things and inflate the price. The price needs to be half because the best thing is to bring in a bulldozer and level everything, then start again, none of this is worth the money, all old houses need repairs, place is full of snakes and there is little in terms of trees to make any money for a new owner.
