Do you know that the present truth was established in the times of our pioneers? And that the trinity doctrine was never considered because it does away with the nature of God the Father and His Son Jesus, and it goes against the first commandment? Revelation 14:7 (KJV) Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. >>> The Angel said worship HIM not THEM. Why? Because the trinity is of pagan origin and represents 3 gods. And God said Psalms 86:10 (KJV) For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone. Isaiah 37:16 (KJV) O LORD of hosts, God of Israel, that dwellest between the cherubims, thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth: thou hast made heaven and earth.

Yes brother Stephen, I'm sure you know that we have to believe the word of God as it reads
The three angels message main goal is to call people to give glory to Him and to worship Him, our Creator God.
In other words is a call to people to obedience of God's law.
The three angels message is the central message of the Adventist church to call people to come back to God for this final hours of earth history.
But I wonder how can a church that is braking now the very first commandment fulfill this mission?
I say this because its leaders have turned its people to follow other god?
The God of the trinity, that is, comprises three persons/three gods. And no matter how you wanna call it(trinity, triune, Unitarian, etc.) It makes 3 gods, and as you know that is polytheism, idolatry; which is an abomination to God.
And as you know, even a grade one child knows that 1+1+1=3 not one !
If you review the history of our church's pioneers you will find that they, the majority, did not accept such theory because it has NO biblical base. Here are some facts :
The trinities doesn't acknowledge a literal Son of God and a literal Father of Jesus, for them this reference is just metaphoricall, therefore making the word of God liar. This is what John says when you deny the Son of God:
1 John 2:22-23 (KJV) Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
    Pretty serious, right?
2 Corinthians 3:17 (KJV) Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
“Let them be thankful to God for His manifold mercies and be kind to one another. They have one God and one Saviour; and one Spirit-the Spirit of Christ-is to bring unity into their ranks.”
    - Ellen White, Testimonies for the Church, vol. 9, p. 189.3
“The Holy Spirit, which proceeds from the only begotten Son of God, binds the human agent, body, soul, and spirit, to the perfect, divine-human nature of Christ.” - Ellen White, Review & Herald, April 5, 1906, par. 16
“The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Christ, which is sent to all men to give them sufficiency, that through His grace we might be complete in Him.” - Ellen White, Letter 11a 1894, to Captain Christiansen, January 2, 1894
    Review and Herald - December 20, 1887
The joy of Christ which is to enter and remain in the, heart of the believer, is doubtless the INFLUENCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT which is to MANIFEST ITSELF as a comforter to the follower of Christ. The Father and the Son come unto him and make their abode with him.
    Review and Herald - November 10, 1891

    Testimony of J.N Andrews
Posted Mar 09, 2011 by Kel Cobbin in Adventist History
    Elder John Nevins Andrews
    1829-1883 (54)
Former General Conference President “J. N. Andrews was an intellectual who enjoyed "severe study" much more than physical activity. He was closely associated with James & Ellen White in the leadership andevangelistic work of the SDA Church.
As a theologian, Andrews made great strides in the development of church doctrines. He applied the two-horned beast of Rev. 13 to the United States of America. Further, he was influential in creating the church’s bylaws and constitution. In 1855, after thorough investigation, Andrews adopted sunset Friday evening as the beginning of the Sabbath.
This began a standard for the church. He also organized the church as a legal business association, allowing the church to obtain legal possession of property. During the Civil War, Andrews lobbied for non-combatant designation for SDA draftees.
In 1860, he was involved in the organization of the denominational publishing house. The following year, he published his extensive research, History of the Sabbath & the First Day of the Week. This was a work reviewing the seventh-day Sabbath in history. Between 1869-70, he was the editor of the Review and Herald. In 1874, he became the first SDA missionary in Switzerland. He worked to gather the scattered Sabbathkeeping companies and organize them with a united message. While living in Basel, he contracted tuberculosis and died. He was 54.” {Vol. 6, No. 2 of "Lest We Forget" features J. N. Andrews}.

    117. --ANOTHER COMFORTER. -JOHN 14:16.
    1. What is the meaning of the expression, "another comforter," in John 14:16? 2. Please explain 1 John 16:13. 3. If the Holy Spirit is not a person, what is meant in 1 John 5:7? A. 0.
Ans.- 1. Christ is himself a comforter ; and while he was here upon the earth, the disciples rested in his personal presence. But he was about to go away, and what would compensate them for the loss of his presence?-He promises, "I will send you another comforter " in my place, that is, the Holy Spirit.
    2. John 16:13 describes the work of the Holy Spirit, and it is so connected with the Father and the Son THAT IT IS ITSELF PERSONIFIED and spoken of as doing what the Father and the Son do through it.
    3. 1 John 5:7 is an interpolation.(or addition)
    * This verse is not in the oldest manuscripts. It was added by the catholic church to support the trinity.
    ----
“Here we find that the Holy Spirit is both the Spirit of God and the Spirit of Christ.” - E. J. Waggoner, Christ and His Righteousness, p. 23, 1890
And this is what E.G.White says about the creation account:
    Patriarchs and Prophets
▪︎The Sovereign of the universe was not alone in His work of beneficence. He had an associate-a co-worker who could appreciate His purposes, and could share His joy in giving happiness to created beings. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.” John 1:1, 2. Christ, the Word, the only begotten of God, was one with the eternal Father-one in nature, in character, in purpose-the only being that could enter into all the counsels and purposes of God. “His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6. His “goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.” Micah 5:2. And the Son of God declares concerning Himself: “The Lord possessed Me in the beginning of His way, before His works of old. I was set up from everlasting.... When He appointed the foundations of the earth: then I was by Him, as one brought up with Him: and I was daily His delight, rejoicing always before Him.” Proverbs 8:22-30. PP 34.1
▪︎The Father wrought by His Son in the creation of all heavenly beings. “By Him were all things created, ... whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him.” Colossians 1:16. Angels are God’s ministers, radiant with the light ever flowing from His presence and speeding on rapid wing to execute His will. But the Son, the anointed of God, the “express image of His person,” “the brightness of His glory,” “upholding all things by the word of His power,” holds supremacy over them all. Hebrews 1:3. “A glorious high throne from the beginning,” was the place of His sanctuary (Jeremiah 17:12); “a scepter of righteousness,” the scepter of His kingdom. Hebrews 1:8. “Honor and majesty are before Him: strength and beauty are in His sanctuary.” Psalm 96:6. Mercy and truth go before His face. Psalm 89:14. PP 34.2
1 Corinthians 8:6 (KJV) But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

    “The doctrine of the Trinity which was established in the church by the council of Nice, A. D. 325... This doctrine destroys the personality of God, and his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. The infamous measures by which it was forced upon the church which appear upon the pages of ecclesiastical history might well cause every believer in that doctrine to blush. {J. N. Andrews, March 6, 1855, Review and Herald, Vol. 6, No. 24, P. 185}
“...and as the son of God, he would be excluded also, for he had God for his Father, and did, at some point in the eternity of the past, have beginning of days. So that if we use Paul’s language in an absolute sense, it would be impossible to find but one being in the universe, and that is God the Father, who is without father, or mother, or descent, or beginning of days, or end of life.” {Review and Herald Sept. 7, 1869}.
J.N.Andrews - showing clearly that the trinity teaching is not biblical
“J.N. Andrews reiterated the common Adventist understanding that God the Father is the supreme source of all life in the universe. In 1874 he writes: “That God is the fountain and source of immortality is plain from the statement of Paul. He speaks thus of God the Father: ‘Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen nor can see; to whom be honor and power everlasting; Amen.’ 1 Tim. 6:16. This text is evidently designed to teach that the self existent God is the only being who, of himself, possesses this wonderful nature. Others may possess it as derived from him, but he alone is the fountain of immortality Our Lord Jesus Christ is the source of this life to us. ‘For as the Father hath life in himself, so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself.’ John 5:26. ‘As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father; so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.’ John 6:57. The Father gives us this life in His Son. ‘And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.’ 1Jn 5:11, 12.
These Scriptures do clearly indicate that Christ is the source of endless life, and that those only have this who have Christ.” {Review and Herald, Jan. 27, 1874 p.52}.
    Comments on the above quotation
Elder J N Andrews was one of Adventism’s founders and leaders in the highest sense. He is well respected today throughout the Seventh-Day Adventist church. The churches 1st university bears the record of his name and shows the perception of scholarship which has been associated with his Biblical Exegesis.

*where* does it say in Genesis that Adam & Eve were clothed in "robes of light"? there is no such verse... ridiculously false assumption

We appreciate the questions posted here on RUclips. In regards to your question,
Genesis 2:25 explains that Adam and Eve were naked and were not ashamed. However, a closer look reveals why were covered with glorious garments of light such as the angels wear.
In Psalms 104:1-2 it says, “Bless the Lord, O Lord my God, You are very great: You are clothed with honor and majesty, who cover yourself with light as with a garment, who stretch out the heavens like a curtain.”
God is covered with a glorious robe of light and he created man to reflect His glory. As we shall see, the Angels are also covered with glorious white garments of light.
In Daniel 7:9, we are told that the garments of the Ancient of Days were also white as snow. God dwells in light unapproachable.
In Revelation 12:1 the glorious victorious church is garbed with the glorious light of the sun.

Besides that there's the testimony of historical facts asserting that the trinity doctrine has its origin in ancient PAGAN RELIGIONS !
Even them, they don't hide that fact. [!]
This word is not in the bible.
1• Origins: The first defense of the doctrine of the Trinity was in the early 3rd century by the early church father Tertullian - Wikipedia
Marie Sinclair, Countess of Caithness, in her 1876 book Old Truths in a New Light, states: "It is generally, although erroneously, supposed that the doctrine of the Trinity is of Christian origin. Nearly every nation of antiquity possessed a similar doctrine. [The early Catholic theologian] St. Jerome testifies unequivocally, 'All the ancient nations believed in the Trinity.' (P. 382).
Egyptologist Arthur Weigall, while himself a Trinitarian, summed up the influence of ancient beliefs on the adoption of the Trinity doctrine by the Catholic Church in the following excerpt from his previously cited book:u
"It must not be forgotten that Jesus Christ never mentioned such a phenomenon [the Trinity], and nowhere in the New Testament does the word 'Trinity' appear. The idea was only adopted by the Church three hundred years after the death of our Lord; and the origin of the conception is entirely pagan ...
((( Exodus 19:6 (KJV) And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation...
Deuteronomy 14:2 (KJV) For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.
..."The early Christians, however, did not at first think of applying the idea to their own faith. They paid their devotions to God the Father and to Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and they recognized the mysterious and undefined existence of the Holy Spirit; but there was no thought of these three being an actual Trinity, co-equal and united in One . . .
"The application of this old pagan conception of a Trinity to Christian theology was made possible by the recognition of the Holy Spirit as the required third 'Person,' co-equal with the other 'Persons' . . .
"The idea of the Spirit being co-equal with God was not generally recognised until the second half of the Fourth Century A.D. . . . In the year 381 the Council of Constantinople added to the earlier Nicene Creed a description of the Holy Spirit as 'the Lord, and giver of life, who proceedeth from the Father, who with the Father and Son together is worshipped and glorified.
•J• These are statements given by honest people, who did not wish to mislead adherents to adopt such beliefs.
(((J> however, even if honest people come with a statement or decree, doesn't mean that they are right )))
2• This concept destroys the nature of God and His Son, origins, relationship and character>>
    >>> Jesus always referred to God as His Father more than 130 times in the new testament.
Shall I suggest that Jesus was a liar by believing that the Father and Son relationship was METAPHORICAL ?
Jesus warned about not believing his words in the following verse:
Mark 8:38 (KJV) Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
    3•
John 10:30 (KJV) I and my Father are one.
