Why is this series only 3 seasons? It deserves way more!!!! It's such a good show & the production is top-notch. The cast are amazing and so down-to-earth. I love them!

I really love the show. But it took me a while to actually watch it, because from the trailer it felt like something that wasn't quite for me. I fear that others have thought the same. People should watch it, because it's just amazing.

Or maybe it just didn't fit grown male journalists as a target audience. But I think they hit bullseye if I was the target audience (which I think I was). I'm young, in the end of VGS (upper secondary school), grew up watching SKAM. I come from a very small and cozy place, with very beautiful nature and water surrounding it all. And I'm very fascinated by Norse mythology and culture and language. So I just couldn't not love it.
Oh, and btw, I read that the Norwegian Film Institute offered Netflix 7,8 million kroners in incentive grants to make a second season of Ragnarok before it even premiered. And we know from these "The making of"-videos that the writers have started writing a season 2, so that at least gives us some hope 🙏
How did Danish and Norwegian, two languages so similar they're largely mutually intelligible, end up with the exact same word meaning "cry" in one and "laugh" in the other??????
