Crepe Paper Clematis Center - May 2020

Here are the dimensions to cut out the center pieces from 180g Italian crepe:
-- SMALL CENTER FRINGE:
One piece .75 inch tall x 3 inch wide
-- LARGE OUTER FRINGE, cut two pieces:
One piece 1.25 inch tall x 2 inch wide AND
One piece .75 inch tall x 2 inch wide
