Hi Melissa, just did a quick little search and the coin bank looks like it could be a Vintage Silver Bear Coin Bank from the 1980's and worth around the US$30 mark. The Sunpak filter is a camera filter, again worth probably around the US$25-$30 - not too bad. Not so sure about the other items though; but I guess that's why you love the mystery boxes so much.

The filter is for a 35mm camera. Some of the ribbon and drink coasters might sell for a junk journal. Also the postcards and old postage stamps. The dinosaur was from Toy Story.
These types of sale lots have been sifted through before hand. I imagine boxes from real auction houses "might" be worth a go but you'd have to go in person and bid.
The bear would have been a Christening gift for a boy because of the blue ribbon. To make it more sellable......ribbon colours could be white, lilac, mint green, lemon or a silver grey. Or maybe even patterned, but the individual colours in pastel shades. Hope this helps Melissa xx

The Rocketeer cards you got are vintage because you can't find them anymore. The pictures are scenes from the movie. It's based on a comic book and when I was growing up I always colored in the coloring book and I just had to make sure that the Rocketeer was correct in the colors. The cross in the penny is so you always have a cross in your pocket and on you.

J crew jewelry actually sells pretty well on posh. Also check all the jewelry for any marks cause u never know. Buy an acid tester for jewelry cause it’s good to have so u can test for silver or gold. Some aren’t marked. And check that bear bank on google lens.

That Canadian one cent piece is no longer being made. It is no longer part of our currency. It is either rounded up or round down depending on the cents. It may never amount to much, but it is a collector item.

I think the hearts are to hold a light weight decorative scarf around your neck. And these are sadly the leftovers that nobody wanted. George is naughty. And that sand dollar had not yet been bleached by the sun. They are dark color when they are living.

For the bear bank you could get a jewelry polishing cloth and try to clean it off some. Or add Holiday ribbons to make him a holiday bear.
