Quick tip: if you mention the words Better Business Bureau in your email, they have an email filter that gives your email prioritization and a response back from a real person if you mention those words, mostly because they expect people to say that they’ll report them to the BBB if they don’t respond, and they obviously don’t want that. But if you even mention it in the email, it should be replied back to fairly quickly!
Oh my gosh! I feel you. I had something similar happening to me. It’s odd how u can have a tracking number yet no tracking information. It took a month to get my merch from this other band and I thought that was wild.
Awesome Vid and Awesome Taylor Swift T-Shirt !!!!!!! That is Super Annoying as Hell to get UPS to get your Taylor Merch including the Bracelet One . I would Never trust them if l they gonna to stuff like that .
My issues with the store are different. I am a person who orders quiet a lot and lives in Germany. I only order from the us store since Taylor is from the U.S. and i want to get the confetti lol. When the last orders finally arrived two of the shirts had a very strong chemical smell. One is the Evergreen friends shirt from one of the last merch drops, but after a couple of washings it luckily lost it's smell. The other shirt was the letter shirt from the 22 mv. I had to sell it because it smelled horrible strong. How is it possible, that they sell so toxic clothes. It should be punished to sell that. Imo the quality of the store has dropped :(
@@kayleeiconicxx It dependes on the items. One shirt is like 7 dollars shipping, a crewneck/hoodie is 16 dollars. Then i have to add like 17 dollars of taxes when i order a hoodie or 7ish dollars for a shirt. And everythings adds up. So when i buy for example 3 shirts it's 3x taxes and 3x shipping costs. When the order finally arrives in germany sometimes you have to pay custom fees and an additional fee that the delivery may hand it out to you lol. Overall it'a a little more expensive than when i would order from the german store, but some items are nit available there and they are more exlensice than the same itmes in the us store. So it's not a big difference in overall. Plus you only get confetti in the us store lol
