When voodon originally came out its 4th attack was useless until you could change the move set. Then the little hat critter I forgot what it's called would grab voodon bones off of his belt, line them up then play them like a xylophone and shoot them infront of you, the best part it actually had xylophone noises for it.

Basically a rebalance is where a Kaiju gets buffed or nerfed for example voodons first attack was 3 ticks now it's just one tick (not hellspawn) and he has had hellspawn nerfed a bit
I can confirm this because for some crapped reason with voodon, his rebalances just made him even more stronger than his regular balance from 2021, then you got the entire server teaming on you with a max voodon in the server with + 237 levels which is crazy for me since im a voodon main, but who cares about levels, im telling you, voodon is straight up fast at max speed, and his damage can go fuck off since his 3rd attack with the trinkets is hilariously powerful,😂 including his second attack with trinkets.
