Andy, a tip for the youth players , if they have a decent value but their rating is low or not as high as you thought, promote them to the senior team, check what the best position is for them by just moving them around the starting 11 and seeing where they get the biggest sharpness boost, which will also be the rating they are

Also, you can filter to find specific positions with specific stats or at a certain age, etc. Pls like so he can see because Futbin isn’t the best source for career modes lol. This will also allow you sign more unique players because most players that you know from FUT are really popular wonderkids.

In my opinion I would've swapped Pickford for Fofana cause Fofana would've been a good replacement for Gueye and I would've got a veteran keeper as they're usually cheap so I would've got someone like Schmeichel.

also note you can kinda cheat by saving beforehand and rejoining career without saving after checking their position so they stay in the youth academy
Would 100% recommend going to all the press conferences before and after each game because it’s an easy way to keep the squad moral up!
