True lies, many Kenyans in the diaspora are stranded to get back their passports in the countries that allow dual citizenship. My friends are stranded in UK and since last year they have been unable to get back their Kenyan passport despite applying to regain their citizenship. This is just Mr Matiang'i's show. You should truly hear from those affected not politicians.
I have different experience. I applied for mine from the USA in 2013, and although it took a while to get processed, I eventually got it back. I also know a few Kenyans that have had the same experience here in the USA.

Matiang’i was a responded in the court and was represented by his lawyers. HE MUST HAVE GOTTEN ORDERS FROM THE COURT (irrespective of who served it) and therefore cannot say that he hasn’t receive any court orders. Judiciary does not give the court orders to a lawyer. Educate yourself on the process of serving court orders.
