Dr Bergman, I really have always enjoyed the information you give us, .....one thing missing, you emphasize breathing,..yes, the most important thing, for people like me born with a cross overbite, a congenital jaw problem, my airway is so so narrow. I'm wearing presurgical braces for over 2 years, I have to have a jaw advancement, and 6 weeks later my nose cleared out and fixed. The extremely high palate I have smushes everything, caused deviated septum, enlarged turbinate's,, polyps, and born without frontal sinuses. Thing is I'm in several groups for people that have these issues,{ Upper Airway Resistance} our modern diet, being bottle fed, etc., has caused our jaws and faces to shrink. There are so many babies being born with tongue ties now>?? People that know, address their kids at a very young age, expansion, aka, ALF, removing ties, etc. For my age group, well the 60's and 70's no one knew anything. You were just deemed a sick kid. We all have cervical issues. Please consider doing a RUclips video on this topic~!

Im extremely malnourished and do restrictive intake of food because of previous C-Diff infections that have left me unable to eat normal foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and any kind of beef and im even lactose intolerant...if i injest ANY thing other than a handful of cereal or crackers my stomach is in extreme pain and causes painful diarrhea, so i have food restricted because my stomach feels better the less that's in there, im 48 yrs old, 5"11 and down to 127 lbs now.... Drs cant figure it out, possibly post-infectious IBS from all the C-Diff (which will forever live in my instestines, its just in remission now plus i take Vancomycin (antibiotic) as a preventative measure to keep it from returning)....i guess my question is that not one Dr has talked to me about SIBO or Leaky Gut, could this be why everything nourushing i try to eat comes out the other end? Sorry to be graphic, just exhausted from living like this for 19 yrs and being extremely malnourished and fed up with g.i. Drs,..thanks Dr. B 🙏
Hi Dr.B, u say: "exercise is good for the body". WRONG, this is absolutely not true! I had low back pain and a leg discrepancy for over 25 years. Doctors/"specialists" were not able to find the cause. When I started a detailed investigation myself, I found out that my fascia was a big mess, caused by playing soccer. Soccer sux bec of the various a-symmetrical force impacts. This is the reason why (even professional) soccer players have so many injuries of adductors, hamstrings and cruciate ligaments. Another example is cycling. Cycling sux bec of the totally unnatural posture. Almost all professional cyclists have low back pain, low bone density bec of non weight-bearing activity and probs with femoral artery. If professionals, who have the best medical support possible, have all these probs, can only mean 1 thing: the activity/exercise/sport is very very bad and should b avoided. So a symmetrical/balanced/natural exercise is the key! Good exercise/sport = walking, running, yoga, ballet, gymnastics, martial arts, etc bec of the symmetry. Bad sports ya should not do bec of the a-symmetry: soccer, tennis, golf, cycling, etc. Chance of getting a low back prob with an a-symmetric sport is 99 to 100%.
Dr Bergman can you please tell about gallbladder stones. My son is having frequent attacks can’t eat any grains fats dairy lagumes even when he eat vegetables gets stomach pains. Does he have to remove his gallbladder? He is 22 years old
