Jochen Zeitz has single-handedly ruined Harley Davidson. Whilst Indian, Triumph and Royal Enfield are all listening to their customers and constantly refining and improving; Harley is just bumping the prices up to cover ever-increasing warranty claims rather than addressing (poor) quality issues at the factory. They've lost sight of their values and rider focus by cheapening manufacturing in order to boost profits whilst still pushing the "it's a Harley, it's the best" narrative. If they don't up their game then they'll be lost to the dust of their competitors. Well done, Jochen. Just like you cheapened Puma, you've managed to do the same to Harley Davidson.
"Joking" Zeits is turning the whole brand into a big joke. He'll boost stocks short term, collect his bonus and roll, and leave behind a carcass that was once Harley Davidson. Yes, they needed help but this guy is the last nail in the coffin.
@@m.f.m.67 Is that all Harley is selling? And how does quantity over quality work to sustain a business? We know by AMF's example that doesn't work out so well either... What would you do different?
@@IrishBOBSister Well, they do sell parts and a lot of T-shirts. Not sure at this moment, but pay me just half of what Zeit is making, and I'll get to work on it, I promise.
I own two Harleys including a CVO Limited Road Glide and a V-Rod but I am concerned with the direction of this brand. Electric is a pipe dream and ignorant in reality. The range is certainly a huge issue. Smart to break it out. Certified used bikes is a good idea. My V-Rod was a used bike and the standards and inspection gave me confidence in purchasing it. Bring back the V-Rod put an amped up Pan American motor in it.
Deep respect for mr zochen ziets .he was our CEO at PUMA. He is very inspiring and motivating. Has the good fortune of meeting him at a Delhi PUMA store . He turns into gold whatever he touches.
Thank you sir for imparting your thought process and catering across the globe with life style apparel as well which motivates the buyers to get into the heavy weight cruiser category motorcycles and sharing the eco culture along with Siddhartha Sir from India 🇮🇳🇺🇸🌍

Curious- how do you come up with that scenario?
Agree.
@@IrishBOBSister Selling fewer and fewer motorcycles at ever higher margins is clearly an unsustainable business strategy.
