The Mechanic hijacks a hydro-­dam and begins pushing the control room turbines past their breaking point. Scott crawls inside to rescue the crew while Virgil and Gordon attempt to seal a growing crack in the Dam. While Scott and a GDF officer named Captain Foster move to stop the Mechanic, Virgil and Gordon get swept away by a rush of water. Luckily, Alan helps divert the flow with the help of the drill pod and Kayo arrives in TB-­S with a special nano-­crete sealant. They patch up the dam just when Scott realizes that Captain Foster is actually The Hood in disguise. A fight ensues with The Mechanic and The Hood, ending in retreat for both.
