- I've been a fan of Morissette ever since first meeting her and seeing her perform live in Manila at a Christmas party that her manager David Cosico invited me to about 10 years ago. It's been a pleasure watching her rise to stardom and enjoying her performance from afar. I've never done a reaction video before, but I enjoyed doing the first one so much once I found out "Phoenix" is Mori's original song I decided it would be fun to listen through and react to her ENTIRE new "Signature" EP of original songs.

This EP of hers is just showcasing how versatile she is as a singer & artist. She is just great as a singer,writer,producer& I can also tell she has a good personality w/ a talent. Thank you for reacting to my FAVE singer in this generation.

Morisette is really a multi-talented artist. She's getting to be recognized more with her own songs. Its musicality has a modern appeal, has nice lyrics.

Morissette is multi-level.. Songs that’s out of her comfort zone however turns out to be quite good. It showcases all levels of ranges of her tone that makes this song hard to follow by an ordinary singer.

This is my no.1 favorite song from her EP signature. This is a nice song.
Thank you for your contribution to the music of and for Filipino artists. Your candid professional analysis of Mori's performance is appreciated and informative. I concur that this particular video is high end for a lyric visualizer. Kudos to the whole creative team: writing, performance, directing and cinematography. Mori has strong messages in this 5 sing EP release and they are in a variety of styles and moods. I think Asia's Phoenix is on the cusp of going global as a recognized top tier artist, writer and performer.

In my opinion it’s really hard to pick a favorite. I think any one of them could potentially be a hit. Don’t forget Love You Still which is also part of the EP. happy to see you listening to her originals. Everyone has their own taste in music and this EP gives a sample of those different tastes.

Love you still is gold for me and the more you listen to it, the more you'll like it..... but it depends on your experiences, how the 5 songs could speak & relate to you. for some its on their mood.... but the point is, all the songs will be a hit on its own way.

Thank you for your reaction! All of her new songs are so strong, but I like Mirror the best and so does everyone I know personally (we live in the US). If all songs got equal exposure, I think Mirror would be the biggest hit here. It gives Katy Perry Roar/Sara Bareilles Brave vibes but in a fresh, updated way.

Hi David I agree that some songs like Phoenix ring true as a smash hit whereas others (like Mirror) are solid songs but aren’t necessarily hits. I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on Love You Still the first track on the EP. I actually think that’s a bankable song hit-wise. Morissette performs this song on the Wish Bus also.
