The Ventrac KJ520 Narrow Snow Broom is perfectly sized for sidewalk snow removal on walkways, parking lot paths, and entryways with a 48-inch angled working width. This broom's physical footprint is designed to perfectly pair with the tractor, making limited operating space no longer an issue.
The broom features a unique center pivot design allowing it to angle 30 degrees left or right. It has a working width of 52", and when angled, it has a working width of 48", which allows it to fit on a 48" sidewalk with no overlap.
A notable advantage of this attachment is a top-mounted hydraulic drive motor, which allows it to be as compact as possible when working in tight areas and not have any extra shielding hanging off the side. Dual jack stands are included on this broom for stability during storage or trailering.
With a faster tip speed and an increased hydraulic capacity, this broom clears down to pavement effortlessly. The 24-inch diameter broom has easily replaceable wafer bristles, capable of clearing snow, debris, and material in the most profitable way.
The operator can control the actual broom speed independent of the tractor RPMs and allows for rotation direction of the broom. This means the brush rotation can be changed from forward to reverse to move material away from objects like buildings and doorways or vehicles.
With all of the features packed into this Narrow Broom, it will make an excellent addition to any snow contractor's fleet.

I love watching these fresh snow cleaning videos. So soothing and refreshing.
The brooms; I use the full sized one, are FAR superior to blades or snowthrowers in light to moderate snow falls, The surface is left snow and ice free where as a blade leaves an icy sheet behind and a snow thrower leaves a layer of snow and packed tracks behind. Very pleased with mine.
Nice video, brush that snow!
Now that is a Power broom.
I really like the narrow broom. Lots of torque, speed adjustment and reverse. I just wish it would have been designed to work with the stump grinder mirror bracket on the left side of the tractor because sometimes I use both on the same job.
That's better than a snow blower it gets all the snow out of the way
Absolutely amazing!
I use this at work and its so nice
Better than a blower yeah?
Save bro 😉 fantastic...
How well does this beast work in upstate NY lake effect, where 3 ft of super packy snow drops. I notice that snow is just fluff, not the thick packy, any tests on different snow packs
The broom works well in wet heavy snow but not when it gets that deep! Once you get a foot or more of snow, it's best to switch to a v-blade or snow blower. We've got a lot of happy customers in your region for sure.
@@ventrac very impressive, we have been looking at all the attachments that go to these, a local small engine place got into one of these and it is the talk of the town
@@DirtyJoeDirt32 Definitely check them out and get a demo if you get the chance!
can you run the kx523 blower on the back of the 4500Z? so you can run the broom on the front.
Unfortunately not. You can only run the PTO powered attachments on the front of the unit.
I'll take one if you send me some snow to go with it.
When cab is on how big of feet will fit ?
There's no significant change from the normal space in the footwells. You should have plenty of space.
ventrac in one of your videos i found a person trying to be funny so they put a innapropiete dating web link and they were not apropriate pics of women im sorry people are like this but i cant do anything about it
Sorry for that. We try to delete those spam comments as soon as we see them. We must have missed one. Do you know which video it was/is on?
