His production comes from beating OT’s. Dude is gonna be good. Most DE’s get sacks from hustle plays, beating TE’s, or Free rush at the QB, this dude straight up beats the tackles.
This dude is a complete beast, only thing stopping him from being a top 10 pick is his low sack total but for context, he cant get sacks when Michigan doesnt throw in the whole second half BECAUSE OF HIM.
@@abucngatorI’m pretty sure it’s because PennState as a team lead the nation sacks in 2023. So it wasn’t just him getting sacks on their defense. A lot of the other guys were the only ones getting sacks.

@@l0rdbubs998 Chop is an amazing athlete, but when comparing the top 5 edges in the draft, Chop doesn't even have half of the stats of the other 4. He could be great, but with no production, he isn't a 1st round pick. Chop's junior year stats are almost a mirror image of his first year, so he didn't even improve like most athletes do.
@@DetroitLove313not sure where you get stats from. Lions want relentless pursuit. And this guy has it. Now the question is, does he fit the weight profile of setting the edge and then rushing the QB. Love for him to be in Detroit but I just don’t think he’s big enough. Sadly that’s what they said about Aaron Donald.
Chop, thank you for everything you have done for Penn State and good luck in the NFL. Would love for him to get drafted by my Steelers, but that probably will not happen
Love this channel's highlight videos, but can I make one subtle suggestion? When a guy is known to have an electric first step, don't start the clip as the ball is being snapped. Give us an extra second or two, especially when it's Chop. His first step is the quickest I can remember ever seeing.
Oh boy, this could go down as Chris Griers best draft class,if this duo of Chop and Mo are what I think they are, this is gonna be a very special Miami Dolphin Defense!!
Miami Dolphins fan here, scouting/draft reports are saying Chop Robinson has similar freaky athleticism to Micah Parsons when he was in college. Based on what I see here it seems about right lol.
He is listed at 6'3". I do not think that is correct. He gets the low pad level every time. That kind of leverage is what made James Harrison a Hall of Famer.
Jared Verse won games with no quarterback. He is much better. Chop doesn’t have enough pass rush moves for the next level. Verse does and he also knows his keys. Chop can play but you’re not building a defense around him.
Good college player, gonna be an average pro at best, unless he gets better with his hands, gets stronger, and develops counter moves in the pass rush. Good NFL tackles are just gonna ride him out of the pocket. No way I'd take him in the 1st round. BTW, no comparison to Parsons in the playmaking aspect. None.

He barely gives them a move at all 😂😭, just out athletes them.

Best first step literally ever
When you beat the OT and the Rb on the same play, yeah he gon be a problem 😂
Welcome to the RAMS 🔥
This kid is nice. Plays with natural leverage and power and has a good bend. His first step though is freaky.

His release off the ball reminds me of the late Derrick Thomas..RIP
Most explosive edge prospect I've seen since Young
Young is trash 😅

Chase Young was way more productive in college.
Since Micah you mean
Reminds me a little of Bradley Chubb. May not set the NFL on fire his rookie year but 3/4 years from now could be the cornerstone of a defense
His get off is fucking elite
Like NFL elite
His get off is prime von miller elite I’ll give him that
Chop is going to put in work
Mel Kiper brought me here. He had my bucs taking him but with that elite first step he not making it to 26

This is the edge the Bills need, they always draft the slower bigger edge rushers that always end up bein average,
Chop has that burst twitch
Miami dolphins just picked him
Oh, the irony
This the best defense player in the draft 💯
Favorite player in the draft. Speed kills
Bro got flash step from bleach. He moves with the quickness
