I think one meter is enough. Of course, if you do not have plans to put the microphone far from the computer. The two meter cable seems long to me when I connect it to my laptop.
@@Goldiga Due to space issues I have to put it on a microphone arm, sometimes I do unboxings of movies or direct movies and I have to have the table clear and then separate for the podcast that I have also created about exactly the same thing, I currently have a Neweer usb microphone 7000 and I think it can be an outstanding difference with the Rode.
Yes, most likely Rode will be cooler. I like that the Rode USB mini is made in Australia and not in China, like the older Rode USB model. In general, I really liked the quality of materials, excellent design.
