    Great content. It is very helpful to see the overall structure of your training, not just the "hero" sessions, and the actual paces. Zone 2 can be wide, so being specific about where you are within it is very informative. I wish you all the best!

    Great Vid. Great to hear about the improvements across the board, and how pleased you are with the blueprint! Awesome numbers as well - I assume it’s how specific you are in the intensity and added to volume that supports the increase in speed and power?

      @@bren750 Thanks Bren - next to years of trial and error in general the most recent ones that will probably make most people better is: 1) Holding back during key sessions / having a clear set goal and not go over 2) good weekly planning for load

    At what block will you incorporate race specific sessions? How many weeks from the race?

      @ I have the premium account… my zones are set up by my coach. But i have no zone page of my workout.
