When I worked at a thrift store, the stuff that was damaged got threw away. People would dumpster dive and throw everything on the ground. We had a truck trailer filled with stuff we has to put on the floor to sell. Someone actually broke into it. They took stuff and destroyed other stuff.
At 9:22 of the video, that is a loofah to rub your back in the shower, hold it with your hands and with those protuberances facing your back, you rub it, it cleans and at the same time massages your back
