The first time I listened to this song I was coming back from my uncle´s best friend house. He gave me a crash course for a poetry contest.They were playing it on local radio and I couldn't believe it, mainly because I live in Mexico (and UMO is not as popular as I wish it was here), it was a day after the album was released and it was my birthday.
I love my university's radio station (UniRadio 99.7 FM)

We used to sing along to this song, and life was super chill with him until one day she told me he decided to move on because she dreamt of someone else sleeping in his bed instead of me. Now, every time I hear this song, the ambiance feels completely different...
The most heartbreaking thing to me is the quick smile before her face sunk again.

Watching Layla and Nadja one after another was so heart wrenching, this is all so beautiful.. the visuals, the story, the music- literally in tears rn
I don't know what exactly is the story of both girls since this can be interpreted into many things, my interpretation is young love in a brutal world where it feels like the odds are against them, almost losing the person you love to the hardships but making it out together. Thats just my interpretation, but in the end, either way, its beautiful to see them reunite whatever may be their story, in death or alive.
