I have watched many of your videos and purchased a lot of your products. Thank you! Can you do a video on making a one piece mold of a hollow R/C car tire? without cutting the tire in half? I really need to see this now in my skill advancement.

That method of calculating material costs only makes sense if you're frequently using those materials. For a one-off the material cost is $153.28, and there will be leftover material.

If this was a load bearing beam it would cost you thousands to fix it. Cost you more than 158$ to fix it if the beam were simply decorative...

Interesting video and well explained! We have a similar situation on our house. Exposed wooden beam with lots of rot. Should I first remove all the rotten wood before applying the epoxy? Or can I go straight over the wet rotten wood? Thanks!

There is a process where you make a mold of a model and cast it using a series of compounds that end up enlarging it a specific amount % without distortion, is there an opposite process where you shrink a model without distortion also a very specific controllable amount? that would be great for 3D printing very detailed miniatures.

Can this be used on a weight supporting beam if the unrotted portion still can bear the weight?

It would not be recommended for a weight supporting beam.
