I like the idea, very easy and simple. But what about the function _beforeTokenTransfer(address operator, address from, address to,... does this function need also an operator check? A required statement as you have in the code?
instead of the three virtual getter functions, why not just call the supported interface function and set as a bool then require the bool to be true within the set approval for all?

How to you know the marketplace address? Don't they have multiple?
Generally they have one. To find , try to list an NFT and then you'll find it because they'll put their address on setApprovalForAll method
