Nemophila is a new band. They have been established for only two years. Each member comes from a different band. The two guitarists saki and hazuki are well knowns musicians. The drummer tamu has collaborated with many singers and bands. She is also a solo drummer. The lead singer mayu is a very talented singer. She can sing a variety of styles, and her voice is very recognizable. The bassist haracuchi is the happiest bassist I have ever seen.😝 Nemophila has become one of my top 3 favorites japanese bands so far🌸🔥💪

You should check out a song like Fighter or Reitai from Nemophila. Or even a ballad, check a song called Life. Mayu, the singer, doesn’t scream in those. She does have some screams in a couple other songs but nothing like this, this is definitely the highest pitched screams she has used. Sometimes I believe this is the worst song to start people on, the screams can be jarring to some people. Japanese bands tend not to be stuck on a single genre like most western bands, the will do rock, metal, pop, screamo, etc (sometimes in the same song). But, they are worth a second listen, I think you would like them.
