RECIPES
White Vanilla Cake
- 227g Unsalted Butter
- 397g Sugar
- 6 large fresh egg whites
- 397g All-purpose Flour
- 2 and 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp clear almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 284ml room temp. Milk
57ml of Vegetable Oil
In 2 Nine Inch cake pans
Bake at 335 Degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.
Vanilla Butter Cream Icing
227g of Unsalted Butter at room temp.
4 to 6 cups of Icing Sugar (after 3 and 1/2 cups add sugar to taste)
2 tsp of Pure Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp of Whole Milk
pinch of Salt
