David I started wakeboarding about half a year back and I've now got my own wakeboard. I'm still a beginner and was wondering if my wakeboard should have middle fins on it. Im worried if this will prevent me from learning tricks. Love your videos and they are helping me out very much! Thanks!
Hey, so it completely depends. If there is any molded fins on the board, then I'd definitely say take the middle one out, but if there's not then maybe leave it in :) :)
Keep your arms as close to your hips as possible. Really try to build a progressive edge up to the wake and stand tall through it making sure not to come off your edge. Beyond that, practice, practice, practice. You'll get it!
yoooo Andrew is like 100% right... i've all done a video on 'the progressive edge' that helps a lot. But like Andrew says, practice helps more than anything!! Good luck
Have u got any tips on how to get over the fear of doing a wake to wake. I know it sounds weird but ever since I ended up in a neck brace I always back off my edge to much and come up short and can't get my self to do the proper progressive edge
the problem with the flip was the line acceleration, he backs off and you nail it. on the bench I think if you turned it sideways you could've popped the board off it proper
Exactly, that increased line tension from the acceleration is making it nearly impossible to finish that front flip. No tube needed because you start the flip really nice anyway.
I don't even think you need to hit full speed before you land. Just a nice casual fronty at a low speed, not too much acceleration. Should be easy with your bag of skills buddy.

Hour drive from there. Check it out. I'm sure there are other places to board. I live here now so I'll need to find out sooner or later
We like your creativity to try smth new! Would you consider reviewing few boats? Older models for budget wakeboarders or newer; a walk-thru on making bigger wakes using ballasts, torque props, etc. Thanx

You have to get this again dude! Try throwing your legs and hips over before your upper body makes it and go for the full roll instead of landing toeside. Like how you would in a roll to revert. Catch an edge though and you'll be sore :P

lads, 100% think you might be right, so like i nearly need to go into it full speed instant of an acceleration? Class will try next time :)
